Their early shows in NYC were seminal I did not catch them until their show at The Ritz in October of 1982.  Damaged Goods was a strong soundtrack to live by back then.  This was a band where I knew the member names not just the front man as the saying goes, it seems ages since Hugo went.  Life happens fast one minute you are thrashing to sounds that are life changing, defiant, anthems to crush and grove by the next minute you are remembering half the band. Glad I was there then. You should be there for what ever is happening now.   In fact I used to go see them with my friend the great Sue Zerbo.  I think if her often and those shows and times and now Dave too.  One of the many sound tracks to my life.
